[Completed] [Android App] Refund processing has been carried out for some customers

We began processing refunds for Android users who made payments during the period of the malfunction from March 2023 onwards. Below are the details. (Article update date: April 20, 2023)

There was a functional issue with the Android app for approximately five months. Below are the schedule and details of the refund process as outlined in the notification (as of March 27, 2023).

Eligible for refund

・Subscriptions between July 7, 2022, 0:00, and January 18, 2023, 23:59
・Applicable to both monthly and yearly subscriptions

Details of issue

Refund method

・Refund will be through Google Play.
・After the process is completed, an email will be sent from Google Play.

Refund schedule

Order IDs and amount adjustments for refunds (in March) *Completed
・Refund processing on Google Play (early April) *Completed

Timing of receiving the refund
