The Omiya Bonsai Art Museum, Saitama

The Omiya Bonsai Art Museum is the world’s first public bonsai museum. The museum, located near the famous Omiya Bonsai Village, is composed of bonsai masterpieces, plant pots, trays, natural stones, etc., from collection of the former Takagi Bonsai Museum. In addition, the museum introduces the history of bonsai through various folklore documents. The aim of the museum is to introduce bonsai, a traditional industry of Saitama.
