Kitakore Building
Garter is an artist-run space in Koenji operated by Chim↑Pom and Garter since 2015. Held irregularly in a rundown building that could be demolished at any time, the main events are exhibitions curated by Chim↑Pom and extreme exhibitions by anarchic artists.
