Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art

The Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art, formerly known as the Aichi Prefectural Cultural Hall Museum, which opened in 1955, was newly opened in 1992 on the 10th floor of the Aichi Arts Center. The Aichi Arts Center is a cultural complex in the Sakae district of central Nagoya, with 12 floors above ground and 5 floors below, and includes an art museum, rental galleries, 3 halls, an information center, and an art library.
