Musashino Art University Museum & Library

The Musashino Art University Library, which opened in 1967, changed its name to the Musashino Art University Museum & Library in 2010 and has been engaged in activities as a university art museum, such as collecting and preserving artwork and design materials, building databases, planning and holding exhibitions, and publishing catalogs. The museum's collection is approximately 30,000 items. The museum's collection of over 40,000 items, including approximately 30,000 posters and 400 modern chairs, forms a collection of great social significance as valuable basic materials for design research.

The museum will continue to enhance its educational and research functions and actively disseminate information through a wide range of exhibitions.
