This event has ended.

This exhibition recreates the good-old-day Japanese town depicted in the popular animation "Doraemon". Special attention was paid to recreate a of wide, clear space that children used to play in, a few decades ago. With the recreated townscape, the museum hopes to present the charms of Doraemon and untouched, unbuilt land.
Many Japanese people under 30 never experienced playing in a large, wide space. However, they still feel some nostalgia from the notion of Space in their memories of childhood animations and comics. One of the most influential was Doraemon.
