The aim of the Fuchu Bienniale is to find, nurture, and introduce emerging contemporary artists. The second bienniale " For the Coming World" presents works by eight Japanese artists who use communication media to illustrate the future.

Fuchu Art Museum hopes this exhibition will be a way to discuss and envision the better future where an individual and a world come together.

Closed on Mondays, 12/24, 1/11, and 12/29-1/3 (Please note: Open on 1/10 & 2/21)

Lectures and workshops by the member artists are also scheduled during the exhibition.
