This exhibition will bring 79 works carefully selected from that rich collection, mostly from the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, to Tokyo.
Artists represented will include Renoir, van Gogh, Chagall, Rousseau, Picasso, LŽger, Kandinsky, Pollock and Lichtenstein, names recognized even by those with little interest in art.
