Yoichiro Minami (1893~1980) was an author who wrote mainly for children's magazines. Writing under three pen names, he published many novels ranging from adventure stories to bibliographies. He is also well known as the Japanese translator of the "Arsène Lupin" series.
This event will showcase the fascinating appeal of Minami's work through book illustrations done by Gyosui Suzuki, Shouichi Kabashima, and Goichi Yanagawa. First print editions and manuscripts of Minami's work will also be on display.
