Visitors are invited to stand in front of a river flowing outside the gallery, a stream that flows on the wall of the gallery, people rowing a boat... They are made to feel as if they were standing in those rivers, yet they stay dry. Although all her works are contemporary, the slow motion makes them look like created by old 8mm or 16mm films.
This installation of complex flows of water showcases Chika Kato complex, over crossing creativity. Come enjoy a comfortable coolness in the middle of hot summer Tokyo.
