Kunitaro Suda et al.
Kunitaro Suda (1891-1961) studied aesthetics and art history at Kyoto University, before exploring the history and techniques of oil painting in Europe. He developed and established a unique style of light and shade and tried to merge Eastern and Western styles in his works.
