An exhibition of two sculptures of Dioniso and Peplophoros, discovered by an overseas survey group from Tokyo University in an ancient Roman ruin outside of Naples, commonly known as "Augustus' Villa".
The group received special permission from the Italian government to bring the sculptures to Japan temporarily for display at Aichi Expo, and will be exhibited here as part of a presentation of their research results aimed toward the general public and the academic field.
