Sako Kojima's work reflects the female body and physiology in a variety of ways - she explores how the "forest inside every woman" holds together because of a dualistic structure consisting of emotional upwellings versus mental control. Entering Kojima's universe will undoubtedly disturb the visitor's equanimity and provoke deep self-reflection.
