The Tang dynasty (A.D. 618-907) highly advanced civilization made it the dominant power in East Asia. Japan sent its people to study their social structures and culture; the knowledge they brought back played an important role in the developement of Japan.
This exhibition introduces art works and items from the Tang dynasty.
