Levi Rinker Exhibition - The Mutation of Color
This event has ended.
At Heartland Gallery
Media: Painting
Rinker has been studying colors for the past four years. He believes that people can communicate on different levels besides language, and that color can be an alternative tool of communication. Based on Plato's myth of the cave, the artist used photographs to question what quality, form, and enlightenment are. Using associations, viewers' imagination will be stimulated and give birth to surprising emotions. The artist believes into a process of thinking that brings colors into beings and that leads our sense of being to the absolute truth.
