Switerzland's comic scene since the 1970s has increasingly made its presence felt on the world stage and is brimming today with vitality and variety. At the heart of the exhibition, curated by Urs Hangartner and Cuno Affolter, are 24 panels of 12 leading Swiss and 6 japanese comic artists, each contributing a complete one-page story on the subject of time.
Other panels offer an overview of Swiss comics from the beginning till today, reveal the "making of" Swiss authors' comics or dwell on the image of Swtizerland seen through the eyes of non-Swiss artists.
