This is the final part of the exhibition series 「life/art」that contemplates the possibilities of a new genre that is not traditional art and crafts. In this series, the work of five renowned artists from comtemporary Japanese art world is periodically reviewed.
In the finale, each of the five artists will hold a solo exhibition in response to the main theme of 「life/art」, the connection between art and crafts, or art and lifestyles.
Last but not least of the series is group leader Yoshihiro Suda. His work is an installation of a minimalist space consisting of several camellia trees that are six meters high. This will conclude the 'life/art '05' series.
