Mitsuru Nagashima
Born in 1959 in Chiba and a graduate of the Sokei Academy of Fine Art and Design, Nagashima has been pursuing an original expression of "fantasy". For the past few years, in a quest to express the invisible elements in nature and in space, he has been creating serial work based on myths and legends from various areas of the world.
This exhibition is composed of 20 of his new and recent series of copperplate and woodblock prints and glass paintings.
