Since the 1990s German photography has been attracting wide attention not only in the domain of photography but in the broader context of contemporary art. Presenting works of photographers such as B. & H. Becher, M. Schmidt, A. Gursky, T. Demand and W. Tillmans, this show tries to explore today's German photography including the most recent trends against the background of the social upheavals after the reunification of the country and the evolution of digital technology.
