"Writing" is a trace of lines, drawn and woven by a person's hand. "Lighting" is the trace of light via a certain device. Both are traces of lines in motion. Our imagination measures those traces, and re-builds the motion through rationalising them. For some reason, those unknown "things" that are depicted in lines tend to attract attention and have a compelling effect on the viewer. This project is built up around works composed with both written and lit up lines, and aims the spotlight at our imagination that comes bubbling up whenever we see them.
