Global Souk Project: Observations and Admissions
This event has ended.
At University Museum, The University of Tokyo
Media: Installation, Product, Crafts
Showing in the Koishikawa annex, this exhibition was directed by five curators of different nationalities. More than two hundreds primitive artifacts, sent by people all over the world, will be put on display within a context of academic heritage.
The exhibits show how diverse are the creativity, measures and values that human beings can express, and how important it is to accept diversity in order to overcome the differences of language, religion, culture and race. The exhibits will be linked to a virtual catalogue on the web. The project consists of both materials and virtual images. This is an experiment challenging time and space.
