For the annual 24th Outstanding Upcoming Artists Exhibition held by Sompo Japan Art Foundation, both 2D and 3D works that have been awarded this past year will be displayed.
There will also be an awards ceremony for 63 2D works and 18 3D works, in hopes that it will motivate upcoming artists to further their craft.
