David Fokos
David Fokos, born in 1960, is a photographer based in California. Since 2000, he has attracted much critical acclaim through exhibitions at major contemporary art galleries in both the US and Europe.
His works, images that gaze over landscapes where man-made structures and nature coexist are not only landscape art, but also contain minimalist aspects with a contemporary essence. Judging from the increasing number of museums and brand-image savvy corporate collectors who are interested in his work over the past 6 years, it can be said that David Fokos is a breath of fresh air to the contemporary photography world.
