This exhibition began in 2003 in opposition to the Iraq war and this is its fourth year. Since last year it has been held in conjunction with the "Art and Article 9 Society" which campaigns for the protection of Article 9 in the Japanese constitution (prohibiting Japanese armed intervention in other countries' affairs).
