Media: Art Talk
Since the 1990s, Stephen Kovats has been leading experimental media art and international networks while participating in Bauhaus Dessau and Rotterdam's media organization V2. Set to be the director of Berlin's international media festival, Transmediale, in Spring 2007, Kovats considers the possibilities of changing art and society through digital networks, especially integrating ideas of 'instability' and 'stealth'. The work of international artists and urban theorists, "STEALTH.[u]ltd", based in Rotterdam, are among some of the practical examples that will be introduced.
Seats are limited to 250 people (first come first served). Japanese to English consecutive interpretation provided.
