Manabu Ohoka
Makoto Ohoka (1931-) is best known for his series of poems "Occasional Songs" published in Asahi Shinbun from 1979. He received many awards for them. Since the late 1950s, he has worked as an art critic as well. Over the years, interactions with artists from many genres all over the world, have left him with a collection of more than 400 pieces of art. 150 carefully selected pieces from that collection will be displayed at this event for the first time, along with writings about the artist.
