This exhibition by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and UN Volunteers (UNV) is an in-depth introduction to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), a common framework of the goals for development that were adopted through international conferences and summits in the 1990s. The framework consists of concrete numeric goals for eight categories, such as poverty, education and environment, to be accomplished by 2015.
"The time for action" is now, the year 2006. This exhibition aims to raise awareness of the challenges of the international community.
