RESFEST, one of the world's largest digital film festivals celebrates its 10th anniversary! RESFEST 10 started their largest world tour yet in Chicago, with plans to visit 48 cities in 20 countries. For Japan, they will stop in Tokyo, Kyoto, Kobe, Fukuoka and Sendai with fantastic programs.
