Calligraphy is known as one of the most beautiful arts to have emerged from East Asia. This unique exhibition brings together the finest Japanese and Chinese calligraphy from different time periods. Accompanying the exhibition is a thematic display of Japanese calligraphy from the Showa and Heisei periods, commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of the exhibition entitled "Twenty Contemporary Calligraphers."
