"77 Million" Audio Visual Installation by Brian Eno

Laforet Museum Harajuku
Finished

Artists

Brian Eno
Born in Woodbridge, England in 1948, Brian Eno has continued to be a unique force in the field of audio-visuals since the 1970s. There is almost no need to explain his background in the field of music: he has had a huge influence on the history of contemporary music, striving to transcend Rock.
As an artist who has produced installations fusing image, light and music all over the world, he has received much critical acclaim (including at the Venice Biennale) and continues to broaden the realm of art.
For this installation exhibition, which is his fourth in Japan, Eno is using some new computer software which he has made himself. By slowly feeding a variety of abstract images in and out, over and over, and by covering the exhibition space with dozens of monitors, screens and speakers, Eno will colour the Laforet Museum with his unique form of ambient music.
