Yokohama Art Museum's collection consists of everything from Western and Japanese paintings to photography and contemporary art. Names include Japanese artists such as Taikan Yokoyama, Kanzan Shimomura, and Sankei Hara, and copper etching artists such as Kiyoshi Hasegawa. Their collection currently totals over 9,500 pieces. The collection will be split into several sections, according to various themes.
