Showcasing works made since 1990 until today, "Primary Field" is an attempt to closely examine Japanese contemporary art in this transitional period. Works seen in this exhibition explore various ideas. Structure, material, space, situation, and process -- these fundamental concepts, deeply rooted in human life, are communicated through these works.
