The "10days Selection Exhibition" is based on an open call for submissions and is held in INAX's Gallery 2. This year is the ninth year, and 2 artists were selected from the 150 submissions.
This artist's photographic series entitled "White Out" takes the motif of crowds at stadiums, or rather, their energy. Whenever you go to a live venue, whether for sports or music, there is an incredible energy that is more forceful than what you can see or hear. This artist is trying to photograph the energy that emerges when a crowd surpasses a certain size. What is unique is how she erases a part of the image to create a large white spot among the crowd as if the people are receiving a divine revelation, delivering her message even more powerfully.
