Hiroshi Fuji transforms garbage and used items into art. For this exhibition, he has created chandeliers out of plastic bottles and birds using toy parts. These works are installed inside Carrot Tower in Sangenjaya. Also, his recycling project "Kaekko" meaning "swap" is introduced, and workshops incorporating used household items that he collected are scheduled.
"Kaeru" means frog in Japanese, but phonetically it also means "return" and "change," which is the main idea of Fuji's work.
- Workshop
"Michi Gaeru (reviving) Studio - 'Useless Selection' in Setagaya"
100 kinds of plastic parts in different shapes and colors are prepared in glass jars at the gallery. Participants can freely create an original piece of art.
Dates: October 13th (Sat), 14th (Sun), 27th (Sat), 28th (Sun)

Fee: Each part costs ¥100 - ¥300.
For elementary school students and above.
