This photography exhibition follows last year's "History of the International House of Japan - The Footsteps of Exchange: 1952-2006" that was held to commemorate the venue’s reopening following restoration. This year's exhibition sheds light on the exchange between the East and the West, primarily on the historical exchange between Japan and the U.S. Looking back at the pioneering role that the International House played in the history of Japan's post-war intellectual cooperation, the exhibition explores cultural exchange in the 21st century. Photographs of international conferences and members' exchanges with knowledgeable persons from the Western nations will be on display.
