This exhibition is the second part in a series of Renaissance Art shows at the museum. In the first exhibition, works by Prato were shown, and for this one,works of Pietro Vannucci, commonly called Perugino (approx. 1450-1523), are on display.

画材の変遷が興味深かったです!試行錯誤の跡を辿ることで画材の性質が浮き彫りになってきます。この人の絵はやっぱり板にテンペラが映える気がする。
