Shigeru goes to Tulip Nursery School. Shigeru wants to join the older boys in the Star Grade that are making a boat out of blocks, but the won't let him. Finally the finished boat is named "The Elephant and Lion" and sets off on a whale hunting trip.
Running time approximately 16 minutes.
Based on original work "Iyaiyaen" (Fukuinkan Shoten Publishing) by Kieko Nakagawa (text) and Yuriko Oomura (illustrations).
