"8th Memories of Green Bokujo Art Contest" Exhibition

Hara Museum Arc presents the Memories of Green Bokujo Art Contest, organized by the Ikaho Green Bokujo. The Green Bokujo is a recreational ranch that seeks to familiarize visitors with animals and nature through its many programs, such as its dairy farm experience and day camp. As such, it is host to a great many field trips by schools. This exhibition based on an annual art contest features paintings created by school children who have visited the ranch. Viewers are sure to be amazed at the sensitivity and creativity shown in these many works depicting the children's encounter with animals on the ranch. An exhibit of selected works from the Hara Museum's permanent collection will also be on view. Why not bring your family along on a pleasant outing to the museum over the year-end holiday?

Closed	Thursday Open on public holidays. Open every day during August. Closed in between exhibitions and during winter. May close in case of bad weather.

General (over 12) ¥1200, Seniors (70 or over) ¥600, Children (3 to 12) ¥600; General admission will be ¥1000 from November 26 to December 20.

Access

10 minutes by taxi from Shibukawa Station on the JR Joetsu line; From JR Shibukawa Station, take the Kan-etsu Kotsu bus towards Ikaho Onsen and get off at Green Bokujo-mae. The venue is 7 minute walk from there.
