"Pocket Monster Anime Gallery" Exhibition

Suginami Animation Museum
Finished
It was 1996 when "Pocket Monster" was released as a Game Boy video game, and the following year, the TV Anime series "Pocket Monster" began. There's no other animation series based on a video game that has become such a hit. Considering the fact that most TV Anime series are made based on comic books, Pocket Monster is a remarkable case for the Anime industry.

This exhibition reveals the history of Pocket Monster, introducing scripts and materials from the past 10 years, as well as promoting the new "Pokemon" movie. Also, screenings of the series are being held in the museum theater.

Many events including photo shoots, quizzes, and many workshops, are planned to provide entertainment for visitors. This is a great summer break event for everyone!

Each month, there will be different displays and events.
