"Cat's heaven...! on Paper" is a group that attempts to visualize with direct expressions the structure of "something that is sent from someone" being "received by someone."
For this exhibition, they have focused their attention on printing on paper media. Using a Xerox copier, they will print out copies of forms of expression that people have brought, one step up from a mimeograph. This process involves transforming everything into the same format - "paper" - and extracts expression from the physical restrictions that things have. These copies will be displayed on a wall and viewers will be able to take pieces of them home with them. Through this action of tearing expression off the walls, the group aims to revisit the hope that "someone's voice will reach someone," a hope that is hard to see in today's mass media.
