"2nd Promise for the Future: School-selected All-Star Design Showcase" Exhibition

This exhibition is being held as a "place" to bring together students and industry. Messages to society with uniquely youthful viewpoints are voiced here, and the aim is for the exhibition to be an opportunity to recognize the designer's role in society. Participants are third year student representatives from 16 schools around the country that are majoring in product, interior or information design. This year's theme is: "Design Beyond Shape - Coexistence of 'Mono' (physical thing) and 'Koto (abstract thing)'". Approximately 40 design proposals taking into consideration unseen "koto" in addition to physical design and responses to social problems and issues will be on display. These student works are "promises for the future" that showcase these young students' keen perspectives and ideas. A 150-volume portfolio library of each student's works and James Dyson Award winning works will be on display.
