Artists

Daisuke Yamagishi
Daisuke Yamagishi creates white ceramic objects based on the shape of pots. His unique shapes are thin, long, elegant and white like a swan or heron standing or the center of an orchid. Yamagishi is attracted to making ceramics using the wheel, and says that his works took form as he was exploring the relationship between ceramic work and container, inside and outside. This is Yamagishi's first solo exhibition and 10 works will be on display.
