Yasuko Watanabe's works contain a sense of reality as well as a unique sense of distance. Watanabe constructs her images using material such as black felt, beads, glitter, and other items. Her works often deal with location, and the feeling a person has in relation to their surroundings, and uses materials such as cut felt to give her works a three dimensional aspect. This exhibition is an installation mostly using new video works.
