Tetsuro Komai + Morisuke Komoda "1957-1960 Printmaking"

Shinobazu Gallery
Finished

Artists

Tetsuro Komai, Morisuke Komoda
Painter Morisuke Komoda (1918-1960) was obsessed with printmaking, which he learned from Tetsuro Komai (1920-1976) and he created masterpieces during the last 3 years of his short life. This exhibition features works created between 1957 to 1960 by these two artists. Their works are intellectual and modern, and it is hard to believe that they were made about 50 years ago.
