Nerima is an area that is close to the city blessed with a productive creative environment. Many artists have congregated here and produced works of art. To celebrate this memorable year marking the 60th anniversary of Nerima Ward administration, the museum will hold a "masters" exhibition comprising works by artists who have received Cultural Awards from the government and who are designated National Treasures. Approximately 80 Nihon-ga, Yo-ga and craft works will be on display.

Please see museum homepage for information on related talks. Information and talks are in Japanese only.
