Since 1996, Toyota Motors has, together with Mecenat (an association for the corporate support of arts and culture) been giving Toyota Art Management (TAM) lectures on art management all over the country, and since 2004 it has been running Net TAM, a general information website on art management.
Now, they are presenting the "Toyota Art Management Forum 2007", which under the subheader "Why Art Now? Considering Art's Power and Social Value", will debate in an open session the real issues that face art today, and art's relationship with society.
