Media: Painting, Drawing, Photography

The photographer who never missed a decisive moment, Henri Cartier-Bresson (1908-2004) studied painting before starting to focus on photography in the early 1930s. Recognized as the master of taking candid photographs with a 35mm camera, he established his sharp viewpoint and remarkable skills in the earlier stage of his career.

His first photography book, titled "Image à la sauvette", was published in 1952 (Titled "The Decisive Moment" in English) putting him in the limelight. He knew how to transform an ordinary scene into an unforgettable moment - a style which influenced his counterparts and the history of photography as a whole.

Go, but go on a weekday if possible! With the photographs hanging right next to each other, it was like a conga line last Sunday.
