Mabuchi employs an interval timer when taking photographs in order to inject an element of active chance into his work.
"By randomly taking photographs of a city, I can collect fragments of our daily lives that are usually overlooked - although probably registered at some level on our retinas," says Mabuchi.
This is his first solo exhibition in about 10 years.
