Koyama's work hovers on, and just beneath, the surface of everyday life. In this exhibition, he presents abstract photographic work taken on the street in Tokyo, as well as a high-speed slide show that reveals a certain "Boundary X" implicit in photography, stranded somewhere between visible/invisible, sense/thought, and conscious/unconscious.
