This is a joint exhibition by two young artists who expose dreams originating from people's mysterious spiritual states and the subconscious lurking in daily life.
Mayumi Kuramoto makes 3D recreations of events that occur in the "city of illusion," where she frequently visits in her dreams, in a 10 x 10cm small box. The entire exhibition space will be transformed into the town in her dreams with the boxed recreations, sculptures taking the "crow woman" motif, and films based on her original creations.
Fujitama uses paper cutouts and objects in installations and film to express an unique world that digs out the subconscious and stereotypes from our daily lives. The films screened in this exhibition feature scenes from traditional Japanese every day scenes where many legends and fairy tales took place.
